About Zion House Recovery

Structure. Faith. Community.

Zion House Recovery exists to help men and women break free from addiction and rebuild their lives through a foundation of faith, daily structure, and a supportive community.

Why We Exist

Addiction destroys more than a life – it affects families, relationships, and futures. We believe that true and lasting change is possible when people are given the right support, tools, and environment to heal. We walk this journey with you.

Faith

We believe in the power of Jesus Christ to bring hope, healing, and transformation.

Structure

Daily routines, accountability, and discipline create the foundation for lasting change.

Community

No one recovers alone. A supportive community encourages growth, connection, and healing.

MEET OUR TEAM

Our caring and experianced team is dedicated to walking alongside men and women on their journey to recovery.

Amir Le Roux

Therapeutic Director

Dr Amir le Roux is the Therapeutic Director at Zion House Recovery, where he provides hands-on counselling and leads the therapeutic direction of the programme.

Alongside his role at Zion House, Dr le Roux runs his private practice, Le Roux Recovery, working with individuals and families navigating complex addiction and behavioural challenges. His work spans intervention, recovery planning, and ongoing guidance, giving him a practical, real-world perspective across every stage of the recovery process.

Dr le Roux is recognised for his therapeutic leadership and is trusted in complex and high-risk cases, where clear direction, consistency, and accountability are critical. He brings a direct, structured approach that focuses not only on insight, but on sustained behavioural change.

What sets his work apart is his level of involvement. At Zion House, Dr le Roux remains actively engaged in the day-to-day therapeutic process — working directly with clients, guiding their progress, and ensuring that treatment is not passive, but intentional and outcome-driven.

He works closely with both clients and their families, providing clear, grounded, and solutions-focused guidance during what is often a highly challenging and uncertain time.

Under his leadership, the therapeutic environment at Zion House is structured, consistent, and deliberately aligned with long-term recovery — offering clients not just support, but direction.
